yes you can. there are some files that you can't delete though, whatever you do. In that case, you should use Long Path Tool. I was able to delete these kinds of files, plus manage the others that i am too afraid to delete :) here's the tool in the link below.

I use CCleaner to keep my computer clean. It will clean out all your temp files, cache, etc. you can also clean out unused registry files with it, uninstall programs, turn on/off the startup functions and programs. It works great, and its free.
