You could try by just measuring the destance accross the page where the center of the envelope will be. But no, I'm not aware Microsoft Word has a certain feature for that. Instead, i use Print Master for my envelopes.

Microsoft word 2010

Making custom printed envelopes.

Click mailing from your menu ribbon at the top of the page

Look for envelops, click to open, fill in you delivery address and return address. If you want to omit either. It's possible.

a. Ether place nothing in the delivery address field

b. Place nothing in the return address click the omit the radio button field

You can store your return address and if you like you can use addresses stored in your email contact list in Microsoft Outlook.

Simply fill out the field and print. However this field box does not offer multiple prints

If you would like to do multiple prints, after the fields are filled.

Click add to document.

If you end up with an extra blank page, look for the view button in your menu ribbon.

c. Click draft view, click on the page brake line, once selected. Tap your delete key.

d. Click back to print view and the extra page should be gone.

e. Click print, look for size, most likely it will show "letter" and the "size".

f. Click that, then "more paper sizes"

g. Click that and select custom from the drop down menu.

h. Look In the size fields to add your size.

If your envelope size is 4 1/8- X -9 ½. The type in length 4.8 width 9.2

Now you are free to select any amount of envelopes you would like to print and

you also can save your template for printing later.

I'm not completely sure, but you might have to punch in your envelope size every time.

I hope you get the picture.

It took me a bit of time and research to figure this out so I hope

I have put this together in one comprehensive package
