If you know they are nice to each other. Otherwise they can get stressed and they can eat the babies! But in some cases they work perfect and help each other out.
And well, even if this could work i wouldn't recommend it.

∙ 12y agoIt is not advised to keep them housed together. It is okay to put them together for a day or two for breeding, but if kept together they may end up fighting. The female will protect her babies after they are born and a male can also harm the babies.
You can connect two hamster cages by using tube tunnels specifically designed for hamsters. These tunnels can be attached to the cages with connectors or tubes that allow your hamster to move freely between the two cages. Make sure the connection is secure and the hamster cannot escape.

well, it depends what kind of fish you are talking about. If you are talking about 2 goldfish, they will never do will. After a whild, they will kill eachother. Same thing with Betta fish, i think. Some other kinds of fish might interact well though.

the best way is get two babies, grow them up to about 4 years of age, and put them together. then its just a waiting game til u get a gravid female

It is not bad to put 2 different breeds of piggies together. The most important thing is to make sure they get along outside the cage first. I have often seen different breeds housed together. Do not put a male and a female together unless you want to be looking for homes for many babies:-)
