You misunderstand the purpose of Boot Camp. The purpose of Boot Camp is to allow you to set up a dual-boot of Mac OS X and Windows on your Mac. It does not allow you to run Windows programs directly on Mac OS X.

Nothing. If you have an Intel Mac, you can use Boot Camp to dual-boot Windows. There is nothing you can do to run it on a PowerPC Mac.
Boot Camp allows you to install Windows on your Mac and dual boot. Your Mac will look just like a Windows PC when you boot into the Windows partition. You will also have to install Windows Security on that partition to be safe.
Boot Camp is designed to help people setting up Windows operating system under back as dual boot solutions. Running Linux under Mac is a bit more complicated, there are other solutions of Mac/Linux (dual boot) Mac/Windows/Linux (triple boot). Installing Linux on a Mac with other operating systems on board requires advanced knowledge (especially boot loader [rEFIt] and Linux kernel compiling).
To boot from a CD or DVD on a Mac hold down the C key while the Mac starts up. IF a suitable operating system is available on the disc the Mac will use that. If there are problems with the Live CD boot try an alternative route such as Virtual Box (See links below) which can boot from the CD's ISO file copied to the Macs hard disc.
Holding down the Option key (alt) while the Mac is starting up will offer you the choice of how you want to boot the Mac. Selecting Mac OS X will make that the default boot.
To get out of a "Safe Boot" on any Mac just restart (reboot) the computer and it will restart into the original OS.
