To rotate the screen in K-Lite Codec Pack, right-click on the video that you are playing, go to "Video" or "Filters," then select "Transform" or "Rotate" option. From there, you can choose the desired rotation angle for the video.
you press CTRL + ALT and the up, down, right, or left arrows.
You don't rotate the angle, you rotate an object by that angle, for example if you had to rotate something 180o it would flip over.
you grab the camcorder and flip the screen to reveal your own face and if you want to see what your filming you just flip the screen back to the front
If you're talking about a computer screen, I assume you have a laptop and therefore are able to flip the screen by bending it back and forth.
Flip is completely flip over the shape, rotate is just tilting it. With flipping a shape the side which originally faced upwards will face down. With rotating it just spins around on its axis.
