I am assuming your are reffering to a mouse double click as the default action. If so then you need to go into your control panel from start button and find and click on the mouse icon in the list (alt click if need be) then depending on the type of mouse your using it will have a list of things that can be personalized. Generally on the first page there will be a double click speed setting, with this you can change the speed between clicks if set to high you wont be able to double click fast enough for it to see. So odds are you need to slow down the speed so that it gives you more time to double click your mouse. Hope this helps you )
to change the date on your computer system, simply click on the date and time notification icon on the task bar, and click on Change Date and Time Settings, although this varies from one operating system to another.
1.) Move your mouse to the time. 2.) Click on it. 3.) Go down to Date & Time preferences. 4.) Change the time to your desire. Good Job :)
Response time is a measurement of how long pixels take to change after "being told to". So when there is a color switch in a pixel with a 6.5ms response time it will take 6.5 1 thousandths of a second to change.

Plug the mouse's tail into a USB port. Allow the system to recognize the mouse and, if necessary, auto-install the driver. This may take 5 to 20 seconds the first time.
It sounds to me like this is the screen saver coming on. When you move or click the mouse the screen saver will go away. If you want to shut off or change the screen saver time out, you can right click on the desktop and select 'properties'. Then select screensaver and here you can change your settings.
