A data center is a central area where digital information is processed, stored, and delivered from. A typical data center is physically and digitally secured to protect data, air and humidity conditioned to protect hardware, connected by network connections to transfer large amounts of data, typically including routers and load balancing devices, and containing a number of "application servers" for storing, processing, and retrieving data. The entire point of a data center is to store all of the data in one physical area, which is easier to manage, more efficient (and thus, less costly), and easier to back up.

I use VISI for my data center, and they've given me a tour of their data center in St. Paul. They have 250 tons of cooling capacity provided by CRAC units. The units are backed by generator power in case of failure. They also have what they call "cool aisles" and "hot aisles". The backs of the servers are positioned so that when you walk down one aisle, it is hot (backs of servers on either side of you are toward you), and you walk down the next aisle and it is cool (fronts of servers on either side of you are toward you). You can read more at http://www.visi.com. I would recommend them if you're looking for a data center.
A good place for computer data centers is at the Digital Reality website. Once on the page, you can learn about products and services offered and more.
no.. this phone like many others is a piece of junk and the only way to send files is thru e-mail or upload to sprint msg center (data rates apply)
