Hello Pokemon lovers!The Pal Park is located at the end of route 221. You must complete the Sinnoh Pokedex before you use it though. After you get the Sinnoh Pokedex, which means seeing every Pokemon in Sinnoh (though I suggest trying to catch as many as possible because to complete the national pokedex, you need to have caught all the Pokemon), you can then go to the Pal Park and transfer Pokemon from several different GBA games such as emerald and firered versions.
