If you want to learn how to do anything then one way is to use Instructional Technology

The hard part is finding out what form of Instruction would best be able to help you.

It could be Manuals, Videos, DVD/CD, it could be sitting in a classroom with others while a qualified person in the front of the classroom talks about what the subject of Learning is and how they will help you learn what you do need to know.

It could even be the tests or examinations you have to pass to be awarded the required Degree or Certificate you want to earn.
