Use the print screen key, u will get the full screen capture, press CTRL+Pr Scrn button, uwill get active window. But u wanna copy a page and if the page it too long, i think the print screen button couldnot help u.
So i recommend u try PCHand Screen Caputre. It could help u capture anything. It offers many different capture modes inculding a scrolling window. Using this mode u could get a long page directly without any treatment. Im using it, it is easy to use, even for a novice. I think it is pretty good. Hope it could help.

If you would like to get the entire internet page I am not sure how it is possible, however you can printscreen the entire browser window, this will allow for things like the ulr bar and whatever search bars you have, however these can be cropped out using the tool in paint which esstially trims the edges, the box made of a dotted line.
