Most wireless keyboards, as well as mice, are plug and play, meaning you simply plug the receiver into a usb port and it does the rest. The keyboard will have a connect button, most likely located on the bottom. The receiver might have a button to force the connection as well.

Open the back (Or wherever you can open it) of your keyboard there should be a small object to plug into a USB port

For Some, you have to plug in a USB that communicates with the keyboard. Just find your manufacturer online otherwise.
