I think what you mean is SSID , Service Set IDentification. Its a 802.11 wireless network. So SSID internet password mean WiFi password.
Login is when you type in your account name and password To get your account name and password you need to "Sign Up"
I tried to capture a file where network using security as below:[WPA-PSK-CCMP-TKIP]i am trying to insert a WPA Pre-shared Key in wire shark preferences under the protocol of IEEE 802.11 but when i enter a correct key nothing happen anyway to identify and fix this problem?
Ask nicely why she did it. (or find out the password.)
The web key is in your router settings. type in the internet address bar http://192.168.1.1/ and this will bring you to your router log on security window. you'll need to know the username and password. defaullt for most routers (if unchanged) is username:admin password: admin. I have to do some more research to find exactly were the web key is...hope this gets someone started. The internet password for your wifi
WPA: Wi-fi Protected Access- a password that protects your wireless internet from being hacked.
WPA key is sometimes on your wireless router usually on the bottom. If its not on your router you can check it by connecting to your router by Ethernet and going to the default gateway. Enter the username and password once inside the router just go and check the settings for it.
WPA key is a password for your wifi connection it's to help you be secure.
It means the WPA key for your router, the same key your other devices use to connect to it. It is an encryption key that only lets authorised users use that network.
I need to find my password to connect my router to the internet? Where can I get it?
i hav a lap top but it is asking me sucurity key or pass phrase were do i find this Answer to the above: The security key is the password blocking you from access to your internet. These are either WEP OR WPA Encrypted. To find this out Type 192.168.0.2 (or something similar) in the address bar on your internet browser and type the username and password on the back of your router. This should bring up your routers webpage which if you click on security will have your key stored there.
eg wrong password or you are not close enough to your internet access point and check WEP instead of WPA
WPA i think but u need a usernaem thtswere im stuck on it keeps saying BIGPOND5348
Simply Connect the router once again through Ethernet and remove the password ( as it will not ask the password to remove the existing...create it again..
WPA-PSK is a type of encryption which must be used if you have choose between WEP and WPA-PSK. If you have an option to use WPA-PSK2 to use it because it's even better. PS: The problem with WEP is that it takes about 5 minutes to hack it. For WPA-PSK with password of at least 8 symbols it might take years if the password is complicated enough.
Your WPA key is whatever password you have placed on your router. Most routers do not enable WPA by default, so you must have set it, and hence you should know the password. what if you forgot your password you had set for it, where can you find it?
