There is really no such thing as moving it. You will have to Install it on the new machine. You will also have to un-install it from your old machine to comply with the license agreement. This assumes that you save all your documents saved to a folder such as "My Documents" to make it easy to copy [move] your documents to the new PC.

First you scan the pictures and save them onto a external memory drive or a jump drive. After this is done you can take the pictures out of the portable memory drive and transfer them onto your computer.
to do this you must first save what ever is on the floppy disc onto your computer or laptop and then transfer the file from the floppy on to an empty CD disc and then it is done
