The answer is no. It is physically impossible to shrink as if you would shrink them like in the movie "Honey I Shrunk the Kids". The reason being because the amount of brain cells would exponentially decrease, causing whoever is shrunk to become "dumber". your liver and other organs would be the size of a few cells and you would be crushed under gravity. This is also the reason that you cannot also have a giant amoebae the structural Biology dose not work :)
