The best place to find a Chevy Tahoe LTZ would be a Chevy dealership. Or, one could check out a site such as AutoTrader, which would list vehicles for purchase.

The LTZ label on the Tahoe means that the trim package of the vehicle is a luxury package. This label does not actually stand for anything other than Luxury Touring while the Z is simply an addition to the label.
It means that its Chevy's top of the line model for that truck the best you can get with all of the options possible for the Tahoe.

Ltr 450 is clearly better and is fuel injected. It is much wider to handle tight and fast turns. Also there is more aftermarket parts for the 450.
