Because there's no dimmer, it's highly likely that your bulbs have silvered. For a D22 Navara, drop your steering wheel as low as it goes, and remove the two star headed screws from the top of the black cluster piece. Once they are removed, the black cover should slide back towards you, it is clipped at the bottom, but it should be pretty easy. Once that's out, you will see 4 more screws holding the actual instrument cluster in place. Remove them. Once done, you can slide the instrument cluster back towards you. On the back side you will see the bulbs, remove the two outside bulbs (for speedo/revs) and replace with other T5 globes.

Do you mean Daihatsu or Datsun? Daihatsu is made by Daihatsu. They have six factories. In fact, some Toyotas have actually been manufactured by Daihatsu. In 1999, Toyota gained a controlling, 51% interest in Daihatsu. Datsun is a brand used by Nissan. Between 1983 and 1986, Nissan transitioned vehicles using the Datsun brand over to using the Nissan brand. In 2001, however, the Datsun brand was used to market one particular pick-up truck, the D22, which was called the Nissan Frontier in North America. In 2012, Nissan announced that they would use the Datsun brand again starting in 2014 to sell a new low-cost product line.
Either an inline 4 or a V6 engine. Nothing really unusual about how they look. If you want specific engine models, we'd need to know the model of pickup you have - while some markets went to the Nissan Frontier on the D22 platform, some markets continued making the D21 Hardbody into the 2000s. Additionally, some markets outside North America offered diesel options.
