Well, not knowing what vehicle you're speaking of, I'll tell you a couple sure fire ways to figure this out.
Firstly, look underneath your vehicle, is there a long cylinder running from the front of your vehicle to the rear end? If there's nothing running from the transmission or transfer case in the front of your vehicle to the rear axle, it is front wheel drive.
Another way to tell would be to pop the hood, if your motor looks like its sitting in the bay sideways, it is front wheel drive (exhaust manifolds will be on the front / back of the motor, instead of being on the left / right of it).
A front wheel drive vehicle is only driven with the front wheels. It will have a transmission in the front with drive lines attached. A two wheel drive vehicle is any vehicle that is only driven by two wheels. It can be a front or rear wheel vehicle. For instance. My dodge ram 1500 v6 is two wheel drive from the rear. An Oldsmobile cutlas cirea is two wheel drive but in the front. I hope this helped. Derek
IT depends on the vehicle. Of course it is in the front of the vehicle but is it an older 4 wheel drive, all wheel drive or a standard 2 wheel FWD.
Yes, it is a front-wheel drive vehicle.
The 2000 Ford Focus is a front wheel drive vehicle
A 1990 Plymouth Voyager is a ( front wheel drive vehicle )
More weight over the drive wheels = better traction with front wheel drive.
YES , the Ford Windstar is a front wheel drive vehicle
Yes , a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire is a front wheel drive vehicle
The 2000 Odyssey is a "front" wheel drive vehicle.
rear wheel drive
rear wheel drive or four wheel drive capable
To pay someone to do this job would not be cost effective. Better to buy a rear wheel drive vehicle and sell the front wheel drive vehicle.
