Go to the DMV and obtain a copy of your MVR. You can usually get a non-certified seven year copy delivered by email when you order it online. If you want a copy of your DAC report, those can be sent free of charge from HireRight (see the related link at the bottom).
None you want to drive for. Any trucking company that would hire someone without looking at their DAC report would also cut corners on maintenance, demand you run illegal logs, and other abuses.
