I'm in Ca. and i may be wrong but i believe you CAN put tint (if that's what you mean) in rear windows. But side windows cannot be to dark, there is a tint guide to go by in Ca. But you should look up your states Vech. code to be sure, you should be able to find it on the web. Don't know if that helps but good luck.

If the windows don't go all the way down, it is likely they are designed that way because of the shape of the door and can not be fixed.
I have the same problem, need new weatherstripping or new entire rear cab windows. For now I put clear tape around the outside of them and it fixed it for now until I can find the windows I need.

The fuses for your power windows is in the fusebox under the hood behind the battery. Life Cover and look on underside to find the appropriate numbered fuse and recommended amp replacement.
