hi :) yes and no.. :) no, i dont think any of the astra range ever came with removable rear seats, as a design feature at least. They just fold.......... most fold flat after lifting the seat base up. yes, depending on why you want an astra with no back seats......... you could always just take the rear seats out...... lift rear seat bases, look for bolts, undo bolts, take seats out............ be wary of removing seat belt mechanisms if you plan on putting the seats back in......... (fully fully retracted seatbelt mechs will not unravel again... pull lots of slack and tie a loose knot in it). a car with no rear seats cannot fail an MOT, it will be tested on seating for 2. hope this helps.
Brakes and passengers puking upon the seats, not nice.
Yes the rear seats lay down

LATCH TO RELEASE THE REAR SEATS IS LOCATED IN THE TRUNK. The lever to recline the seats are in front of the seat belt latches on the seats. You just pull them up and your seats recline
There should be a strap at the rear bottom base of the seats. Pull this strap and tip forward. The seats will lift out.

The spare tyre is not taken into consideration as part of an MOT. There is no legal requirement to carry a spare tyre and it is not part of the MOT test. Even if the spare tyre has a puncture/illegal tread etc. your car will not fail the MOT on this item.
