I havent looked it up but I believe he wanted to show the world what our world would be like if we had superheroes to protect us, instead of regular heroes. I mean who knowz, there might be something evil out there that humans cannot stop. Stan Lee, i believe wanted to show you, that there might not or might b something like that out there. They could just be planning to attack us at any moment. When It comes we gotz to be prepared for it. well that's my opinion.
