It is not legal to download copyrighted material like raw episodes of Shugo Chara for free. To watch the show legally, you can check streaming platforms that have the series available for purchase or rent, such as Amazon Prime Video or Crunchyroll.

realitylapse.com (go here if you want RMVB files, RMVB files take up less memory on your computer but you will need to download either k-lite codec pack or mpcstar or both to view the files) I know you want AVI but other people that are looking at this may want RMVB.
or you can always try torrenting the files via the program Utorrent and the website btjunkie.com
