you can watch fruits baskets in english on Netflix (if you have netflix )or try hulu however both coast money each month but fruits baskets is a great show so its worth it
Not sure why they did, cuz its really popular. You can buy it on itunes, or at bookstores, but my local library carries Fruits Basket dvds, and you can watch it English dubbed on youtube, you just have to watch episodes in parts.

They don't play it on regular TV they only play it on movie company things. Example: Netflix.
