The other person gave you an innacurate answer. In the manga, they confirm that Lucy is infact, dead. I believe she has Kouta kill her. She made him keep his promise, that if she ever killed a lot of people, that he would kill her. Kouta's daughter, Nyuu, befriends two twin girls, who people believe are supposedly diclonius reincarnations of Lucy.

No domesticated goats do not lose their horns. Some farmers disbud their goats when they are little kids so that the horns do not grow. There are also some goats that are born hornless due to a poll gene.

Because the cellular membrane breaks down and the horns lose their cytoplasm. then, they break apart and they shed. I LOVE THEM AND I LOVE BETH COOPER ~Frexi
No, but you can get short term memory lose what Lucy had.
'it was so windy that a beef could lose its horns'
No you cannot lose it generally, you can only lose it if 1) you have commited some kind of major crime 2) you have lied when applying for citizenship 3) you got another countries nationality/citizenship before 2002
Your question makes absolutely no sense. That or, it is extremely unexplained. If you did something and did not tell? it depends.. crime- Get caught. go to jail Something amazing- nothing at all nothing of great importance- doesn't matter lied- nothing if you dont get caught... OR lied A; jail (under oath etc) lied b: grounded (parents/gaurdians) lied C: lose a friend you get the point.
depends on the lie. But, surely if he lied to keep you, he wants you enough to suffer the day to day guilt of lying, to see you every day, and wake up to you?
You have to be very careful with something like this. You must give reasons behind why you lied. If you were to outright say that you had lied and that this is the truth they will turn it against you and insinuate that you were lying about other things related to this case. Tell them why you lied. Was it because you were afraid he wouldn't be taken seriously and thus get let out and hurt you again? Did you lie because you were afraid of telling the truth? You have to clearly and consciously identify why you lied and let the court know that. Otherwise, you could lose the case. Always support your answers.
