Boxing day was not started by a person but was started by England. Even though the origin is uncertain England was always popping up when I did a report about Boxing day but it might have been the Romans (I would go with England).

Well Christmas morning, on the radio, I heard that it starts at 1pm. But I recommend to go at 11 or 12 AM, depending how far the mall is, since there is going to be many people shopping to. There will, of course, the lots of traffic! Hope you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
