It means 'out of range'.
Either the weight you have placed on the scale is beyond what the scale is capable of reading; or the scale needs to be properly calibrated (because it currently thinks the weight its reading is out of its range)
Note: 'out of range' can be above or below the scales range. Most are only designed for a specific range and numbers above or below that range cannot be measured.

A parity error always causes the system to hault. On the screen, you see the error message parity error 1 (parity error on the motherboard) or parity error 2 (parity error on an expansion card)
Copy-Paste the error message into a translator, something like babelfish, and see what it says.
A 201 error message appears which indicates the RAM failure.
Cry. Then look on the manufacturer's website...
It is supposed to be read as "OUT Z" which means that the scale's zero point has out of normal range. This means that the load cell is either damaged from overloading, or calibration has been lost for some reason. You can sometimes fix this error by calibrating the scale, but many times it means the scale has been catastrophically overloaded.
No. If you recorded 274.15 K instead of the real temperature of 273.15 K, the percentage error would be 100*1/273.15 = 0.366% (approx). In Celsius, the percentage calculation would be 100*1/0 = undefined! Percentage changes SHOULD be used only for absolute scales, that is, scales of measurement where 2 units is twice as much as 1 unit. The thermal energy of a body at 2 K is double its value at 1 K. This is not the case with the Celsius or Fahrenheit scales.
yes. you have to buff your disc, take it to gamecrazy , they will do it for $2

empty statement does nothing, 'missing statement' is an error-message from the compiler, eg: { if (x==2) } corrected version: { if (x==2); }

You first need to put it in DFU mode, then restore, or if you are trying to Jailbreak it, you need to restore to OriginalFW.ipsw and then follow the jailbreak instructions.
