One of the cabinet doors in my kitchen has fallen off. How would I find a step by step guide on how to put it back on?

The numbers can say several things. What you mainly care about is rim and diameter size. EX. 16x8 rim the rim has diameter of 16 and the rim width is 8 inches. If it has other numbers then it has to do with back spacing and it is usually in millimeters. Does this help any?
