A lot of different Bicentennial covers were issued. The value depends on which one, and condition. On average you can pick them up for anywhere from .99cents to a couple of bucks. Again, without knowing which one, it's pretty much impossible to give a clearer answer.

Unless it's a proof coin spend it. Business strikes for Kennedy's have no collectible value at all. If you don't believe it, try to sell one to a coin dealer.

Most of them would have about a 13 cent stamp on them. For the most part, these covers can be purchased for $1-$2 each. Specific covers by certain designers can be worth a bit more.
