I believe you mean AMETHYST crystals. Here's some info from Wikipedia:
Up until the 18th century, amethyst was included in the cardinal, or most valuable, gemstones (along with diamond, sapphire, ruby, and emerald). However, since the discovery of extensive deposits in locations such as Brazil, it has lost most of its value.
Collectors look for depth of color, possibly with red flashes if cut conventionally. The highest grade amethyst (called "Deep Russian") is exceptionally rare and therefore, when one is found, its value is dependent on the demand of collectors. It is, however, still orders of magnitude lower than the highest grade sapphires or rubies (padparadscha sapphire or "pigeon's blood" ruby).

Prices change, and you need to say what server you are on.
Depends on the particular purplish crystal. Amethyst is not too expensive but other purplish crystals expensive. So it depends.
Atheists do not have a specific currency or money of their own. Like everyone else, they use the standard currency system of the country they reside in.

Highly variable, depending upon size, quality, locality, etc. A small, damaged druse of crystals from Mexico might fetch $10, a superb cabinet specimen with large perfect crystals from Sicily might fetch thousands.
Crystals are about 12 dollars.
Swarvoviski crystals undergoe strenuous testing and therefore usually cost more.
That's pretty much the definition of "Atheist" so yes, an atheist is someone who doesn't believe in god or gods.
Why would it vary between theist and atheist? Obviously, there's no much point asking how church is going.
A rock with large crystals scattered on a background of much smaller crystals is called a porphyry. This rock texture is the result of two stages of cooling, where large crystals formed during the slower cooling stage, followed by smaller crystals forming during rapid cooling.
