Yesterday I went to the post office to get some stamps.
All stamps available in the Post Office in Neopia Central are usable.
Why not just use the 2006 stamps? You can purchase stamps that can be put on the envelope with the 2006 stamps to make the appropriate rate. Most post offices won't exchange stamps, as there is no reason to do so.
he stamps the stamps. and he refuses to use the post office. and he barfed on it
No you cannot use US stamps. Items mailed must have the stamps of the country of origin on them. Most shops will be able to provide you with the appropriate stamps to use to mail with their cards, or visit their post office!
I know you use to be able to do iy, but don't know now
No, you must use local Israeli stamps
Sure, why not? You already payed for them.
You would have to use 2 stamps to get a small envelope from Florida to Canada. If you do not want to use stamps, you can take it to the post office and it will cost roughly 72 cents to mail it.
When mailing a letter or package you always use postage purchased in the country you are mailing from. So if you are mailing a letter from the USA to Canada, you would buy stamps at your local post office.
The Post Office often will have artists provide drawings to specific requirements for various stamps. Sometimes contests are held and the winner gets their artwork on a stamp. For some of the state stamps the individual state held the contest.
Yes, they use these at the post office when the prices go up and you still have old stamps!
