Ammonia is soluble in both hot and cold water, with a higher solubility in cold water.
Cold gases are typically denser than hot gases. This is because the molecules in cold gases move more slowly, allowing them to be packed more closely together, leading to higher density. Heating a gas causes the molecules to move faster and spread out, resulting in lower density.
As temperature increases, the density of air decreases. This is because the air molecules become more energetic and spread out, leading to lower density. Conversely, as temperature decreases, air density increases due to the molecules losing energy and moving closer together.
Isn't cold water already cold? I would say cold water gets cold first. I've heard that hot water freezes faster than cold water.
When you put a cup of hot water with dye on a glass of cold water, the hot water will rise to the surface of the cold water due to differences in temperature and density. This creates a mixing or diffusion effect, causing the dye to spread and color the cold water as the two temperatures equalize.
Cold water has a higher density than hot water. As water cools, its molecules come closer together, increasing its density. Conversely, hot water molecules are more spread out, resulting in lower density.
cold air has higher density, by hot air is opposite
A galvanized iron is similar to steel; it is material that composed of cold-rolled and hot-dip galvanized mild steel. It has 7850 kilograms per cubic meter density same as a steel.
Cold air is denser than warm air because the molecules in cold air are closer together, leading to a higher mass per unit volume. When air is heated, the molecules gain kinetic energy and move farther apart, resulting in lower density.
density changers with heatyou need a set heat
The density of cold air is higher compared to warm air. This is because cold air molecules are closer together, making it denser. Generally, the density of cold air is around 1.275 kg/m³ at 0°C.
Hot air has low density because its molecules are more spread out and have higher kinetic energy, causing them to move further apart. This leads to a decrease in the air's mass per unit volume, resulting in lower density compared to cold air.

It is hot, higher temperature is hot and lower is cold. Cold temperature is from 0c to about 10c.
They are two different things. Zinc plated means it's coated in zinc. Cold rolled means it's "smashed" into shape without added heat. So you could have something that's cold rolled AND zinc plated!
Hot
Hot rolled steel must be descaled by pickling in acid with a lime water rinsebefore it can be cold finished
