Auto indicator is a substance which remaining in a titration as a standard solution or a distandard solution shows ending point of a reaction by changing its color.
If red rose indicator is used, acid will turn the indicator red, while alkaline solutions will turn the indicator green.
The indicator that has no color at all is a colorless indicator, such as phenolphthalein in its neutral pH state.
This indicator is known as an olfactory indicator. It changes its smell based on the pH of the medium it is in, which can be useful for detecting changes in acidity or alkalinity.
The color of universal indicator in shampoo will vary depending on the pH of the shampoo. If the shampoo is acidic, the indicator will turn red or pink. If the shampoo is basic, the indicator will turn blue or purple. If the shampoo is neutral, the indicator will turn green.
Universal indicator is a mixture of dyes that changes color in response to different pH levels. It is used to determine the approximate pH of a solution by observing the color change of the indicator when added to the solution.
There is no level indicator on the gearbox. The oil is checked by topping it up.
It detects the engine is still cold.
It is referring to the indicator light for the automatic-lsd (limited slip differential).

Hi, Dave from Cambridge I have a Toyota Corona Sedan 1992 auto My question is where under the bonnet would I find the indicator (flasher unit.) My car failed a W.O.F because the right front and right rear flash indicator only worked some times, the thing is when I apply a gentle downward pressure on the indicator arm indicating a right hand turn it almost works every time. 2nd question could the indicator arm be faulty because the indicator flashing lights works fine in any direction you want to turn, but only if your gentle with the indicator arm turning right it works most times. 3rd question, If I'm to replace the flasher unit what numbers am I looking for on the unit. Very much abliged thanks Dave
Take it to auto zone and they will check the alt for free. You might clean the battery cables first.
