Vinegar can effectively clean pennies by removing built-up tarnish and dirt. The acidic nature of vinegar helps dissolve the grime on the surface of the penny, revealing its natural shine. For best results, soak the penny in vinegar for a few minutes and then gently scrub with a soft brush or cloth before rinsing with water.

Gunk brand engine cleaner/degreaser can be hosed off with water.
Yes, Gunk is good for cleaning chains. I just scrub it on with an old toothbrush, holding a shallow container underneath the part I'm scrubbing to catch drips. Keep on scrubbing the chain and then leave for 5 minutes. Then just hose off or wipe with copious amounts of water soaked in a rag until clean. It's a messy job and not as good as cleaning the chain off the bike but it works well as Gunk is a very effective degreaser.
How does vinegar clean coins?
YES! It works great to get the old gunk off which appears like tarnish. Just rinse with soapy water and dry.
I use a babywipe to clean the ball, and then (and I've never found this to cause problems) I use a straightened paperclip to pick off the little layer of gunk on the little wheels. This usually comes off in little lumps which I can then shake out of the mouse. Don't forget to clean your mousemat also.
I find most sticker and label goo comes off with rubbing alcohol. It's never failed for me!
Don't clean your coins. That will ruin them.
You can always try fuel additives to clean out the gunk in your car's engine.
If the white 'gunk' is scale from evaporation then I would advise you to firstly scrape/scour it off and then do more regular water changes and thus avoid the evaporation line. If the white 'gunk' is slimey then you will need to strip down the aquarium and start off anew.
Clean it for about three weeks or until all the gunk goes away. When you can move it without it hurting then you are ready to stop. Good Luck!
Yes, you can clean the PCV valve. Take off the PCV valve and get a spray can of carb cleaner. Just spray into the valve and just enough to clean out any gunk that might be in there. You should hear it rattle when you shake the valve.
