Coordinating colors look good together. But sometimes, using contrasting color(s) is visually interesting.
It depends. I took a class on color theory and this is what I learned.
Usually contrast colors like red and green, orange and blue, or purple and yellow look good together. I know it might sound weird, but sometimes it's true. I think yellow and purple are good together myself.
Also, the primary colors look great together: red, yellow and blue. Another way is to do the opposite of that and do secondary colors: purple, green and orange.
Complementary colors (opposite on the color wheel) like blue and orange or purple and yellow go well together. Analogous colors (next to each other on the color wheel) like blue, green, and teal also create a harmonious color palette. It's also a good idea to consider the mood or feeling you want to evoke with the color combination.
Mixing primary pigment colors together subtracts certain wavelengths of light, creating new colors through absorption. Mixing primary colors of light together adds wavelengths of light together, resulting in the perception of new colors through additive color mixing.
All colors of light mixed together make white.
You can generally wash clothes of similar colors together to prevent bleeding. Group whites, lights, and darks separately to avoid color transfer. Use cold water for colors that bleed and separate new or bright garments on their first wash.
Blue and yellow are colors that go well together as they create a complementary color scheme that is visually appealing and creates a sense of balance. Another example is pink and gray, which create a soft and sophisticated color combination.
brown nope. If you mix all the colors together, you get a blue-grey. I don't know why, but you do. This is if you are talking about paint. With crayons, yes it is brown with streaks of other colors.
Yes the colors orange and brown do go together
i would say blue and green
to me any bright colors will do
Those colors go together.
it colours that go together
bleu and green
Yes, they can, depending on what colors you like. But they can go together, and do not look to bad.
Not really because periwinkle is a blue-green and salmon is a red-orange-pink. Not the best. More like cat throw-up and water.
purple and blue
Colours that clash, don't go together
blue
I don't understand. You want to know every colour combination that works? Just don't mix primary and secondary colours together :/
