a well plate is a little tray with usually20 or so dips in it used to hold chemicals. Its used to test chemical reactions, you put little drops in the "wells" and you can record what happens when other chemicals are introduced. Its number coded so you can test many solutions at once.

Well plates are used in chemistry for conducting high-throughput experiments. They contain multiple wells in which samples can be added for testing various conditions simultaneously. This allows for the screening of multiple samples or conditions in a single experiment, increasing efficiency and throughput.

What is a 24 well micro-titration plate?

A 24-well micro-titration plate is a laboratory tool used for performing multiple experiments simultaneously. It contains 24 individual wells where samples can be placed for testing or analysis. This format is commonly used in research and diagnostic settings to streamline experiments and increase efficiency.

Does organic chemistry overlap physical chemistry?

Yes, organic chemistry and physical chemistry often overlap in areas such as spectroscopy, reaction mechanisms, and thermodynamics. Physical chemistry principles are used to explain the behavior of organic molecules, reactions, and the spectroscopic methods used to characterize them. Understanding physical chemistry can help predict and rationalize the behavior of organic compounds in various reactions and environments.

Is being good at math going to help you with chemistry or not so much?

It helps a lot. Mostly of chemical reaction require equation, so, the more you are skilled on maths, the more you'll get excellent marks on Chemistry. Mathematics is used widely in chemistry as well as all other sciences. Mathematical calculations are absolutely necessary to explore important concepts in chemistry. Without some basic mathematics skills, these calculations, and therefore chemistry itself, will be extremely difficult. However, with a basic knowledge of some of the mathematics that will be used in your chemistry course, you will be well prepared to deal with the concepts and theories of chemistry...
