Can baking soda water solution take off mold?

Yes, a baking soda water solution can help remove mold from surfaces. The abrasive nature of baking soda can help scrub away the mold, while its alkaline nature can prevent it from coming back. When you put a balloon filled with air into a refrigerator and it get smaller is that a physical change or a chemical change?

That is a physical change. The decrease in size of the balloon when placed in the refrigerator is due to the decrease in temperature, causing the air molecules to contract and take up less space. No new substances are formed, so it is not a chemical change.
