I am not sure but you might try soaking the affected area with nail polish remover but it might stain the shirt the color of the paint. If that happens you could possibly then try removing the stain with bleach.

OK here are the steps, 1.find a white shirt 2.take hair ties and crunch it all up them 3.take paint (your color choices) 4.put paint in squeezer things... 5.squeeze or splat pant all over the shirt (you can leave white if you want to) 6.take out hair ties 7.hang shirt until dry 8.ENJOY YOUR NEW SHIRT!!
There is nothing stopping you from doing so, but it would just go rock hard. You can buy t shirt paint or t shirt transfers which can be printed out and ironed on. You could use outdoor paint if it is for a one off.
