It doesn't, maybe in movies because they stay up late filming and refilming scenes. like in Napolien Dynomite when Napolien asks for some chapsick over the phone, the cheese pile gets larger in the backiground.

****Actually the reason is because most watches/clocks have the brand name on the top middle of the watch and if you set it to that time, it leaves room for the name to be seen.**** this isn't true of all watches/clocks as some have them at a different time when their logo is at the bottom.theprincessh

It is often you buy clocks and they say 10:10:25. But there is a reason behind it. Most people think it says AM, but it really says PM. The reason is, is because it spouse to say the time Abraham died. Some clock makers think it is because the smile on the clock and put the second hand somewhere else on the clock than on 25 seconds. On the wallpaper of clocks on the iPod Nano say 10:09:26, because that's what some clocks look like at first glance. After a while after Abraham died, some clock companies decided to show 1:50 on their clocks face because they wanted to put a smile on the clock's face so more people will smile back and decide to buy it. You will still see clocks with the time 10:10:25 on their face.
