Take Bark and rap reed around it. Do this with more peices of Bark. Then tie all of the Bark with Reed together with more reed. Thats how to make the reed boat. I'm not sure about the Papyrus boats though.....

I do not have any reed for sale. Reed is a great material to make furniture out of, boats as it is lightweight, you could also use it in building a hut. I think the price would depend on the amount you wanted to purchase.
