"Let the eagle perch and let the hawk perch." These words mean to let others believe what they want to believe, even if you do not agree. So, in theory it is always wise to "let the eagle perch and let the hawk perch," because you never know what the hawk might do to the eagle's nest.
No they do not. They let the eaglet survive.
They both have a a stomata that let in and out gases.
Fish let out natural gases. That gas is oxygen but they do not let out methane or any other gases.

The most common short cheer is "Let's go Eagles(mascot), let's go!" and you repeat it 2-4 times.

Fish is not a preposition. It's a noun and a verb. Noun: The fish are biting today. Verb: Let's fish today.
One reason i believe the author let the fish go in The Fish by Elizabeth Bishop because it kinda earned it's life. The fish earned its life 4 or 5 times before she caught it.
Because she respects its bravery and toughness. (apex)
The hawk may be looking for the dog to make a safe decend in the neighborhood. Your dog is to heavy for a hawk to take however that may not stop it from trying and injuring your dog in the process. My recommendation would be to not let your dog outside unsupervised.
