Well don't touch them unless you are absolutely certain that both the parents are dead. If you touch the eggs, the parents will not come back. You need to put them in an incubator with some nesting material like hay, feathers, and cloth, and hope for the best. I don't see how you are going to teach them to fly or find food, anyhow, but the best of luck to ya!
