In order to answer this question, you must, and prpbably do have the codon sequences of the RNA or DNA, and a chart saying what each codon codes for in terms of amino acids. The mRNA from transcription is what the sheet probably has on it, with each codon contained therin signaling a certain amino acid. If you can post the sequence or something like that, then ill sertainly answer it for you.

Each protein is made up of many amino acids that are hooked together. Two proteins can conceivably have the same amino acids, but arranged in a different order. So, the amino acid sequence is simply the arrangement, in order, of all of the amino acids that make up that protein.

Amino acids are found in proteins.

How have humans altered receptor proteins?

They changed the amino acid sequence of the proteins.

Proteins are polymers formed from?

Proteins are polymers formed from amino acids, which are linked together by peptide bonds. The sequence of amino acids in a protein determines its unique structure and function. Proteins are essential for many biological processes in the body.

Is A polypeptide is a sequence of proteins or amino acids?

A polypeptide is a chain of amino acids linked together by peptide bonds. It is not a sequence of proteins, but rather a precursor to protein formation. When a polypeptide chain folds into a specific structure, it becomes a functional protein.

Can you sequence the proteins?

Yes; by their primary structure of amino acids.

What is the relationship between amino acids and proteins?

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Proteins are formed when amino acids are linked together in a specific sequence through peptide bonds. The sequence of amino acids in a protein determines its structure and function.

What makes up proteins?

Proteins are made up of amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Amino acids are linked together in a specific sequence to form a protein molecule. The sequence of amino acids in a protein determines its structure and function.

What refers to translating the sequence of nucleic acids to the sequence of amino acids?

Transcription.

Proteins are made up of what strung together?

Proteins are made up of amino acids that are linked together in a specific sequence through peptide bonds. This sequence of amino acids determines the structure and function of the protein.

The sequence of amino acids joined together refers to the?

The sequence of amino acids joined together forms a protein's primary structure. This linear sequence determines the protein's shape, function, and interactions with other molecules. It is defined by the mRNA template during protein synthesis.
