The first pyramids in Egypt were built around 2600 BC, during the Old Kingdom period. Over the course of several centuries, these monumental structures evolved in design and size, culminating in the Great Pyramid of Giza built around 2560 BC.
The triangular shaped areas of the renal medulla are the renal pyramids. They are made up of collecting ducts and loops of Henle, and play a role in the concentration of urine by the kidneys.
The striped appearance of the renal pyramids is due to the arrangement of tubules and blood vessels within them. The striped effect is created by columns called medullary rays that extend from the cortex into the pyramids, containing straight tubules. These structures help in the filtration and concentration of urine in the kidneys.
the medulla is organized into a GROUP of pyramids. It makes up the pyramids.
The portion of the kidney that extends between the renal pyramids is called the renal columns. They are composed of cortical tissue and serve to separate the renal pyramids.
The areas on either side of the renal pyramids are called renal columns. These structures contain blood vessels and urine-collecting ducts that help transport urine from the renal pyramids to the renal pelvis.

Not all pyramids were made from mud. The earlier pyramids such as the pyramids at Giza were made from stone. Later pyramids were made from mud bricks cased in stone. The stone casing did afford some protection from elements. Many of these pyramids where the casing has been removed or collapsed are often just shapeless heaps of dried mud.
They are made from sand
its made out of lime
No the first pyramids were built from stone, it were the later pyramids that were made from mud bricks
