A plant can not have no stomata, some plants such as cacti have very little but still have some. Hypothetically if a plant had none it would die because plants need their stomata to take carbon dioxide in and let oxygen out.

Plants rely on transpiration to transport water and nutrients throughout their system, as well as to cool themselves and maintain turgidity. Without transpiration, plants may not be able to uptake nutrients from the soil, leading to nutrient deficiencies and eventually plant wilting and death.
