Homeostasis is ability for organisms to maintain stable internal conditions. Take people for example. People have to maintain a temperature of 98.6o F. If the temperature gets too high or low we won't function properly and can even die. Therefore it is essential to maintain that normal body temperature.

Homeostasis is the property of a system, either open or closed, that regulates its internal environment and tends to maintain a stable, constant condition. Most homeostatic regulation is controlled by the release of hormones into the bloodstream. However, other regulatory processes rely on simple diffusion to maintain a balance.

Homeostatic regulation also extends far beyond the control of temperature. All animals also regulate their blood glucose, as well as the concentration of their blood.

Describe how molecules such as carbohydrates and lipids are important in homeostasis?

carbohydrates are a key source of energy while lipids are non polar or mostly insolube in water so both of them play an important goal in homeostasis

What is carbohydrate homeostasis?

effects of homeostasis?

Is homeostasis an adjective or verb?

Neither. Homeostasis is a noun. Homeostatic is the adjective associated with homeostasis.

What is unchanging on homeostasis?

In homeostasis, the goal is to maintain stability within the body's internal environment. While the external environment may change, the body works to keep key factors such as temperature, pH, and nutrient levels stable through various mechanisms like feedback loops involving hormones and the nervous system.

Does homeostasis affect body temperature?

The stabilization of body temperature is homeostasis. What affects homeostasis is the interaction of the hypothalamus and hormones, such as prostaglandin; an indirect marker for inflammation. Homeostasis is constant/stable. The hypothalamus ensures body temperature homeostasis.
