The main biomes of New Jersey include deciduous forests, wetlands, and coastal regions. Human development has also impacted these biomes, leading to habitat fragmentation and loss of biodiversity.
New Jersey has a good climate because it has all four seasons. The Fall is usually split where it's still pretty warm in September and beginning of October but by the time November comes around, it gets pretty chilly. The winters can be pretty brutal, and depending on where you are, you can definitely get a lot of snow, usually more than a foot per year. Spring usually comes in March or April through May, with nice days at around 50 to about 70 degrees. Then, the hot weather comes in around June, and often from that time until beginning of September the temperature can be over 100 degrees. But one major plus is that there's really no major disasters. I've lived here my whole life so far and there has never been a single tornado, hurricane, or earthquake, only the occasional snowstorm in the winter and thunderstorms in the summer. Overall, New Jersey has cold winters and warm summers, and if you're looking for a place where you can experience all the seasons, it's a perfect place to be.

The main factors determining the distribution of biomes include climate (temperature and precipitation), latitude, altitude, and soil type. These factors influence the types of vegetation that can thrive in a particular region, leading to the formation of distinct biomes such as forests, grasslands, deserts, and tundras.
