The assassin weapon of choice for years that was small, easy to push in deep even for a weak woman, and easy to pull back out too, was an ice pick. They are rare to find today but they are strong enough to puncture bone and reach the brain or heart easily. The ice pick is built to rip apart large blocks of ice and is a very strong long spiked weapon capable of even penetrating body armor. The one drawback is that it makes a small hole so the person using it must be accurate in their attack or the person stabbed could live long enough to attack back. It is best for heart and brain stabs or if the attacker knows anatomy, major arteries or veins in the neck, arm, groin etc.

A stabbing is the penetration of a sharp or pointed object at close range. Stab connotes purposeful action, as by an assassin or murderer, but it is also possible to accidentally stab oneself or others, although such stabbings are rarely serious and still more rarely fatal. Stabbing differs from slashing or cutting in that the motion of the object used in a stabbing generally moves perpendicular to and directly into the victim's body, rather than being drawn across it.

Will a sharp metal point with a small radius curvature store a large or small amount of charge?

A sharp metal point with a small radius curvature will store a large amount of charge due to increased electric field concentration at the sharp tip, leading to higher charge density and greater charge accumulation. This effect is known as "corona discharge" and is commonly observed in lightning rods and sharp conductive objects.
