YOU SHOULD NOT TRY TO TAME ANY WILD ANIMAL.
Leave that to professionals. You cannot truly "tame" any wild animal. Exotic animals you see in the circus or movies are bred from captivity, and trained by professionals. Some people think that if they make bonds with these dangerous animals, that they will become docile and friendly. However it has been proven through experience and scientific study, that you cannot tame a wild animal. No matter how much time you may spend with them, and how much of a bond you make, they are sill wild, and will revert to their natural and aggressive instincts in a matter of seconds.
Dogs and cats and some other species have been bred down and manipulated for hundreds of years, and that's why we can have them as pets. And even then they can still be very unpredictable in their behavior.
For example: I have the sweetest black lab I've ever met, and even she has acted out in aggression unexpectedly, when she felt threatened. It was late one evening and a UPS delivery man was bringing up a package through my yard, and she was startled and attacked him. (No real damage was done) but it was worrisome to think that we might have had to put down a loving sweet dog, just because she bit a stranger. And if your domesticated pets can feel threatened enough to attack someone, you better believe that a wild animal would attack you if it felt threatened.
All cats from shelters should be friendly to you, but if the cat you want to tame is a feral or wild cat, that would be impossible. But, you can TRY to tame it. If these steps wont work, take it to a pound or kick it out of the house!!! 1. If the cat goes under a bed or something, try calling it or use little cat sounds. If this doesnt work, wait for it to come out. It may take a while. NOTE: If that cat is playful, use a cat toy to try lure it out. 2. Try feeding it some cat food. It may eat it. You can also try water and/or milk. Keep doing this whenever you think it's hungry. 3. Play with it using a small flashlight or any object you can use to play with. You can also play hide-and-seek with it. It's a fun game and I always loved to play it! My cat would stare at me for a while and come closer and closer and say: "I found you!!"Here's how: . Get the cat's attention. Its eyes should be following you and nothing else. Then, go behind a nearby wall and wait a while. Then, stick out your head a little. If the cat's not watching, try getting the attention back. When it looks back at you, hide your head again. Then, look out and the cat should be staring at you with its eyes. Keep repeating this step and each time you look out the cat should be getting closer and closer till it jumps out to you!! If this doesnt work, then, well......the cat may not be interested in it for now. 4. Try petting it. Repeating the same stroke may irritate the cat and might go away. Try scratching under its chin. That spot makes the cat feel good, so try it. Keep petting it every so often and the cat should come to you and get your attention every so often. 5. Follow all the steps every day. You and your new cat may get closer and closer and you might make a new best friend!! Good luck!! :D PS: I love cats!! :3
Much like snake charming, the required materials are a basket and a musical instrument, preferably a lyre or a mandolin. Play a song in B flat minor for haired arachnids, B flat major for hairless. DO NOT GET THAT CONFUSED!! If you play in the wrong key, the spider will gain superpowers and melt your internal organs with its feral bite. Superpowers is a bit much, however, it is a good way to get the point across. Acidic poison, that is a mix of Nitric Acid and possibly rat poison. No one knows for sure, just know that the feral bite is it's most deadly attack. It gives the spider a +5 Poison Damage.
Why would you want to? I think humans as a race have decided that we should dominate everyone and everything and I personally believe this to be our downfall. Instead of taming a wild animal, why not try to observe it in the wild. Only then can you appreciate their true nature and beauty. Having said that; the key to any good relationship is understanding and trust. Once you understand and can provide them with their needs, then you can work on trust. Once these are accomplished you'll find your animal "tame".
I am an ANT and my insect name in my name is Steve.
Insect.
Yes, a tick is an arachnid and not an insect. Ticks belong to the subclass Acari, which is different from insects in terms of their body structure and number of legs.
Insect-pollinated flowers usually have sticky pollen to increase the chances of pollen transfer. The stickiness helps the pollen grains adhere to the bodies of insects as they move between flowers, promoting effective pollination. This helps ensure successful reproduction for the plant.
The pride of Barbados is primarily insect-pollinated, with bees being the main pollinators of its flowers.
