The difference is that the Biopsychologist, from there, looks to link it with concrete Biology. Rather than just being adept behavioral analysts, they have enough biological background to seek exactly what it is in the brain that's causing these people to behave differently. It's a relatively new science, but it's changing the way people think about Psychology in a big way.
