Hi i cannot answer this question but i am really interested to know the answer to this , also if one has never been able to see , would you be able to see when you dream? this fascinates me for several reasons, one being that perhaps if you could see in a dream or hallucentation then maybe its a memory from a past life or would you see things the way you imagine them to be interesting question

There may be a few people who by some unfortunate accident had some of the nerves around the skin surrounding the eyes damaged and thus cannot "cry" but other blind people can cry.
